Step 1: You will need…

  • 50 ml gin
  • 50 ml Jamaican dark rum
  • 25 ml red wine
  • 15 ml orange juice
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 shot measure
  • 1 shaker
  • 1 strainer (if the shaker doesn't include one)
  • 1 cocktail glass

Step 2: Prepare

You should start by adding approximately 4 ice cubes to the cocktail shaker.

Using the shot measure, pour in 30ml of gin.

Continue by adding 1 teaspoon of Jamaican dark rum.

You should now add 1 tablespoon of red wine and 1 tablespoon of orange juice.

Make sure that the lid is secure and shake vigorously.

Step 3: Serve

Attach a strainer to the top of the cocktail shaker and pour the cocktail into a cocktail glass. A delightful Jamaican treat for those in need of a little pick-me-up!
