Step 2:

Method

Step 1. Fold the plastic bag several widely times.

Step 2. After folding in half, cut it regularly.

Step 3. Unfloding the plastic bag, place two coins in the centre and roll it again.

Step 4. After fold it in half, tie this one with string.

Step 5. Press it down inside the bottle cap.
