How To Make A Jubilee Cocktail

Step 1: You will need.
- 25 ml tequila
- 25 ml gin
- 25 ml blue curacao
- 25 ml lemon juice
- 1 tsp caster sugar
- Sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- 1 maraschino cherry
- 1 chopping board
- 1 knife
- 1 squeezer
- 1 shot measure
- 1 cocktail shaker
- 1 strainer (if the shaker doesn't include one) or a small sieve
- 1 highball glass
Step 2: Prepare
Begin by using the knife and the chopping board to cut a lemon in half. Squeeze the juice from both halves and reserve for later.
Into the cocktail shaker add several ice cubes, 25ml of tequila, 25ml of gin, 25ml of blue Curacao liqueur and 25ml of the lemon juice. Finally, add 1 teaspoon of caster sugar.
Ensure that the lid is firmly on and shake vigorously.
Step 3: Strain, pour and serve.
Attach a strainer to the top of the cocktail shaker and pour the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, top with sparkling water and enjoy your efforts!
