How To Make A Jungle Spice Cocktail

Step 1: You will need
- 50 ml white rum
- 25 ml guava juice
- 25 ml mandarin juice
- 15 ml lime juice
- 1 tsp grated nutmeg
- Crushed ice
- 1 shot measure
- 1 knife
- 1 chopping board
- 1 squeezer
- 1 shaker
- 1 strainer (if the shaker doesn't include one)
- 1 cocktail glass
Step 2: Add the white rum.
You should start by crushing ice cubes using a wooden pestle - if you do not own one of these, use the end of a wooden rolling pin or something similar. Transfer the crushed ice to the cocktail glass and put aside.
Fill cocktail shaker with ice cubes.Using the shot measure, measure out 45ml of white rum and add it to the cocktail shaker.
Next, add 25ml of guava juice.
Follow this by adding 25ml of mandarin juice.
Using the chopping board and the knife, cut the lime in half and, using the squeezer, squeeze the juice from one half. Add 15ml of the lime juice into the cocktail shaker.
Make sure that the lid is secure and shake vigorously.
Step 3: Serve
Attach a strainer to the top of the cocktail shaker and pour the mixture into the cocktail glass.
Finish by sprinkling some nutmeg over the top of the cocktail.
