How To Make A Lamb Chop Marinade
Chef Bernard Mintz shows you how to make a zesty marinade with fresh herbs, perfect for marinading with lamb chops for a barbecue.

Ingredients
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 sprig tarragon
- 1 sprig thyme
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cm slice of garlic, skinned and chopped
- 1 cups (250ml) virgin olive oil
- zest of 2 lemons
- 1 red wine vinegar
- black pepper
- salt
- juice of 2 lemons
Method
Combine all the ingredients together in a blender and until smooth.
Pour it over the lamb chops, preferably the night before cooking, but at least 2 hours prior. This marinade works well with lamb chops grilled or cooked on the barbecue. It will also go nicely with other kinds of meat.
