Is this like what the UK denizens would call "Puff Pastry ? Also , as this appears to be quite sweet (though the cheese Brie is usually quite tasteless) would it not be a pudding rather than an appetiser . Like , cheese and crackers ? Would be good with cranberry's instead of the brown sugar perhaps .
