Step 1: You will need

  • 40 ml tequila
  • 30 ml vodka
  • 75 ml peach juice
  • 75 ml orange juice
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1 shot measure
  • 1 knife
  • 1 chopping board
  • 1 shaker
  • 1 strainer
  • 1 highball glass
  • 1 short straw

Step 2: Prepare the cocktail

You can use standard 25 and 50 ml measurements if you want or else, just free-pour the alcohol straight from the bottle. Begin by adding 40 ml or a splash of tequila to the shaker. Follow that with 30 ml of vodka, and 75 ml of peach juice, and finally, about 75 ml of freshly squeezed orange juice.

Now, place the lid firmly on the shaker and shake well for a few seconds. Put 3 cubes of ice in a highball glass and attach the strainer to your shaker. (If you don't have one, a sieve will suffice.

Step 3: Present

Pour carefully over the ice, decorate with a slice of orange and add a straw. You have now made a Le Brique. Enjoy!
