Step 1: You will need...

  • 50 ml dark rum
  • 25 ml Tia Maria
  • ice cubes
  • 1 25ml/50ml shot measure
  • 1 shaker
  • 1 strainer (if the shaker doesn't include one)
  • 1 cocktail glass

Step 2: Prepare your cocktail

Put a few ice cubes in the cocktail glass and set aside to chill.

Half fill the shaker with ice cubes then add the dark rum and Tia Maria.

Fix on the lid and shake well.

Step 3: Present your cocktail

Discard the ice from the cocktial glass, strain in the drink, serve and enjoy.
