    While lucid dreaming is sweet, this would not work so well. You have to condition yourself to remember your dreams first by keeping a dream journal, then develop rituals before you sleep; such as: Turning light switches on and off, concentrating on every little wrinkle on your hands, and looking in the mirror to name a few..Once you do these rituals for a while you will start to do them in your dreams and when look in the mirror for instance and notice that you have a giant boob for a face then you know your dreaming. Because you know your dreaming you can then take control and do whatever you like, it's different for everyone. Another reason why this wouldn't work is becuase the lights need to be triggered when you hit your REM sleep which is typically four hours into sleep, and unless you have someone to turn it on, it would be very difficult. Very creative though. Cheers
