How To Make A Mediterranean Pasta Salad

Chef Paul Mulvenna-Pegrum shows you how to create a taste of the Mediterranean in your kitchen with this pasta salad.

Ingredients

  • 250 g pre-cooked pasta
  • 1/2 courgette, roasted and chopped
  • 1/4 red and yellow peppers, baked
  • 3 cherry tomatoes
  • 8 olives
  • 150 g feta cheese
  • 2 white wine vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper

Method

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Serve with fresh bread and chicken or eat on its own.
