Ingredients

  • ice cream
  • 1 cups (250ml) milk
  • dates
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method

Put the milk, a couple of scoops of ice cream, a handful of pitted dates and the vanilla extract into a blender and blend until smooth.
