How To Make A Mimosa Cocktail

Step 1: You will need:
- 1 champagne flute
- 1 knife
- 1 25ml spirit measure
Step 2: Chill
Either put the champagne glass in the fridge or fill it with ice, add a little water and leave it to one side to chill.
Step 3: Orange Garnish
Take an orange and cut a wedge. Place it to one side for later.
Step 4: Orange Juice
Tip 25ml of orange juice into the chilled champagne flute.
Step 5: Orange Liqueur
Add a dash of orange liqueur.
Step 6: Champagne
Next, pour in enough champagne to half fill the glass. Stir vigorously, then top up the rest of the glass.
Step 7: Garnish
Place the orange wedge on the side of the glass, and serve.
