Step 1: You will need...

  • 50 ml dark rum
  • 15 ml orange liqueur
  • 2 tsp dark creme de cacao
  • ice cubes
  • 1 25ml/50ml shot measure
  • 1 mixing glass
  • 1 barspoon or stirrer
  • 1 strainer
  • 1 cocktail glass

Step 2: Prepare your cocktail

Half fill the mixing glass with ice cubes then add the dark rum, orange liqueur and creme de cacao.

Using a bar spoon or stirrer, mix well.

Step 3: Present your cocktail

Secure a strainer over the top of the mixing glass, pour the drink into the cocktail glass and serve.
