Ingredients

  • 50 ml gin
  • 25 ml lime cordial
  • 2 lime wedges
  • 2 cucumber slices
  • tonic
  • ice

Method

Put some ice in a tall glass. Add 2 pieces of lime, 2 slices of cucumber.

Pour over 50 ml of gin and 25 ml of lime cordial. Fit to the top with ice, then fill up with tonic.

Mix with a straw and serve.
