How To Make A Moonraker Cocktail

Step 1: You will need...

  • 50 ml tequila
  • 120 ml pineapple juice
  • 15 ml blue Curacao
  • ice cubes
  • 1 shot measure
  • 1 measuring jug
  • 1 highball glass
  • 1 bar spoon and cocktail stirrer

Step 2: Prepare your cocktail

This cocktail will be stirred in the highball glass using either a long-handled bar spoon or a stirrer.

To begin, add several ice cubes to the highball glass. Add the tequila and pineapple juice, to fill up the glass and then stir the cocktail well.

Step 3: Present your cocktail

Finish by adding a hint of colour. Drop the blue Curacao into the centre of the drink, serve and enjoy!
