Step 1: You will need

  • 50 ml light rum
  • 15 ml white crème de cacao
  • 25 ml double cream
  • 1 tsp Kahlua
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 shot measure
  • 1 shaker
  • 1 strainer (if the shaker doesn't include one)
  • 1 cocktail glass
  • 1 teaspoon

Step 2: Prepare the cocktail

Begin by filling the cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.

Into the cocktail shaker add 50ml of light rum, 15ml of white crème de cacao and 25ml of double cream.

Ensuring that the lid is firmly shut, shake vigorously.

Step 3: Strain and serve.

Attach a strainer to the top of the cocktail shaker and pour the mixture into the cocktail glass. Drop 1 tablespoon of Kahlua into the centre of the cocktail and serve. Enjoy this blue surprise poolside for the ultimate in summer chic!
