Step 1: You will need:

  • 1 cocktail shaker
  • 1 tall glass
  • 1 cocktail stick
  • 1 knife
  • 1 chopping board
  • 1 25ml shot measure
  • 1 50ml shot measure
  • 1 5ml bar spoon/ teaspoon
  • You might also need:
  • 1 measuring jug
  • some measuring spoons

10ml or 2 teaspoons of coconut cream
25ml or approximately 1floz pressed pineapple juice
50ml or approximately 2floz guava juice
Some lychee juice
some cubed ice
and 1 strawberry

You'll also need the following utensils
A Cocktail shaker - You can use a Boston shaker, which is a metallic shaker with a mixing glass that also acts as a lid, but any cocktail shaker will do.
A tall glass
A Cocktail stick
A Knife
and a Chopping board

To measure out the ingredients, you could use a standard single shot measure like this which is equivalent to 25ml or approximately 1floz and a standard double shot measure which is equivalent to 50ml or approximately 2floz. If you don't have one of these you could use a measuring jug or measuring spoons instead. You can also use a standard bar spoon to mix, which is equivalent to an ordinary teaspoon.

Step 2: Coconut cream

Add 10ml or two teaspoons of coconut cream to the mixing glass and stir

Step 3: Pineapple juice

Now add 25ml or 1floz of pineapple juice

Step 4: Guava juice

Add 50ml of 2floz of guava juice

Step 5: Ice

Now fill up the rest of the mixing glass with ice.

Step 6: Lychee juice

Top up with lychee juice

Step 7: Shake

Put the top half of the cocktail shaker on. Slap it down firmly to seal. Hold the top and bottom, stand at an angle and shake vigorously over your shoulder for about 20 seconds .

Step 8: Handy Hint

When there is condensation on the outside of the shaker and it feels very cold, then it's mixed.

Step 9: Release

Tap the side of the shaker to loosen the two halves. Release the top by rocking it back and forth.

Step 10: Pour

Once open, pour everything into the cocktail glass

Step 11: Garnish

Chop a strawberry in half and pierce with the cocktail stick. Garnish the drink, and serve.

Step 12: Serve
