How To Make A NutritiousTomato Soup
Healthy and nutritious soup using fresh ingredients. Great for all the family. Serve with some cheesy toasted soldiers. A delicious soup with that full tomato taste.

Step 1: You will need
- 1/2 Celery
- 1 Carrot
- 1/4 Onion
- 2 Rashers of Bacon
- 1 Warm Stock
- 450 g Canned Tomatoes
- 2 Tomato Puree
- 2 Corriander
Step 2: Add Ingredients
In a heavy pan, add your celery, carrots, onions, bacon, garlic, and herbs. Cook out until your celery and onion begins to soften. Now add your warm stock.
Step 3: Bring To Boil
Bring your stock to the boil and then add your tomatoes and tomato puree. Gently simmer until your carrots are lovely and soft.
Step 4: Add Seasoning
Now our carrots are lovely and soft we can begin to add our seasoning. Add two tablespoons corriander, your gastric syrup. To find out how to make a gastric syrup, check out the main site. Salt and pepper, of course, to your own personal taste.
Step 5: Food Processing
To finish our soup, puree with a hand blender or food processor. The finished result should be beautifully silky. Enjoy with some mini-cheese on toast.
