How To Make A Paper Hat
Paper hats are a fun and easy way to make use of those old Sunday papers and keep the kids entertained this holiday! Arts and crafts expert Jennie Jones shows you how to make them in this Videojug film.
You Will Need
- newspaper
- ruler
Method
Use a full sheet of newspaper. Fold the top half down to the crease in the middle of the sheet of paper. Measuring with a ruler, make a mark at the middle of the paper. Fold the two top corners so their sides meet at this mark.
Take the top half of the paper and fold it upwards. Turn the paper over and fold the sides in depending on how wide or narrow you would like your hat to be. Fold up the other half of the newspaper so that both sides match. Your hat is now ready to wear! Perfect for a pirate or sailor party.
