How To Make A Paradise Bliss Cocktail

Step 1: You will need...
- 50 ml coconut rum
- 50 ml vodka
- 50 ml pineapple juice
- enough cranberry juice to fill the glass
- 1 slice of pineapple
- ice cubes
- 1 25/50ml measure
- 1 highball glass
- 1 bar spoon or cocktail stirrer
- 1 chopping board
- 1 knife
Step 2: Prepare your cocktail
Add a few ice cubes to the highball glass. Pour in the rum and the vodka. Follow with the pineapple juice. Finally, top off with the cranberry juice. Using a barspoon or cocktail stirrer, stir the drink well.
Step 3: Present your cocktail
Cut a small groove in your pineapple slice, place it on the side of the glass and serve!
