How To Make A Passion Fruit Martini Cocktail

Step 1:

You will need:

• 2 passion fruits
• 50 ml Passion fruit flavoured vodka
• 10 ml passion fruit Juice
• 5 ml lemon juice
• 10 ml passion fruit flavoured liqueur
• 1 tsp passion fruit syrup
• some cubed ice
• 1 Knife
• 1 Chopping board
• 1 Cocktail shaker
• 1 Cocktail strainer
• 1 Martini glass
• 1 50ml shot measure
• 1 Bar Spoon

Step 2:

Chill the martini glass

Either put the martini glass in the freezer, or fill it with ice, add a little water, and leave it to one side to chill.

Step 3:

Passion fruit

Use your knife to chop a passion fruit in half. Scrape the inside of the halves into the mixing glass.

Step 4:

Vodka

Then add 50ml of Passion fruit flavoured vodka

Step 5:

Liqueur

10ml or 2 teaspoons of passion fruit liqueur

Step 6:

Lemon juice

5ml of lemon juice

Step 7:

Passion fruit Juice

Add 10ml of Passion fruit Juice

Step 8:

Passion fruit syrup

Add 5ml of passion fruit syrup.

Step 9:

Ice

Fill the mixing glass with cubed ice. The ice will dilute the mix, making it fresh and well balanced.

Step 10:

Shake

Put the top half of the cocktail shaker on. Slap it down firmly to seal. Hold the top and bottom and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.

TOP TIP

When there is condensation on the outside of the shaker, and it feels cold, that's when it's mixed.

Step 11:

Release

Tap the side of the shaker to loosen the two halves. Release the top by rocking it back and forth.

Step 12:

Strain

Now put the strainer over the cocktail shaker and strain the cocktail into the martini glass like this.

Step 13:

Garnish

Cut another passion fruit in half. Place one half on the top of the drink,
