How To Make A Passionatiba Cocktail

Step 1: You will need
- 25 ml Cointreau
- 50 ml cachaça
- 1 1/2 lime
- 6 raspberries
- 3 tsp brown sugar
- ice cubes
- 1 25ml/50ml measure
- 1 old-fashioned glass
- 1 muddle stick
- 1 shaker (with strainer)
- 1 knife
- 1 chopping board
Step 2: Prepare your cocktail
Cut a lime in half. Put one half aside for later. Cut the other into chunks and put them into the shaker.
Add the raspberries and grind together with the muddle stick.
Add several ice cubes to the shaker, followed by the Cointreau, cachaça, a squeeze of lime and the brown sugar.
Put the lid on the shaker and shake.
Remove the lid, leaving the strainer on.
Step 3: Present your cocktail
Add some ice to the glass and strain in the cocktail.
Cut a wedge of lime, make a groove in the skin and place it on the side of the glass.
Serve.
