Ingredients

  • 1 peach puree
  • 1 tsp peach liqueur
  • 200 ml prosecco

Method

Put the peach puree and the peach liqueur into a champagne flute, then slowly pour the prosecco to the top of the glass. Stir the cocktail very gently, taste for balance of flavours, and serve.
