Ingredients

  • 2 brown bread slices
  • softened butter
  • pesto
  • apple
  • celery
  • mayonnaise
  • pepper

Method

Spread butter and pesto on both slices of bread.

Mix together apple, celery and mayonnaise, and spread over one slice of bread.

Sprinkle over some black pepper, then close the sandwich and cut into triangles and serve.
