A piccolo latte is a small milky coffee served in a glass. It is perfect if you like milk in your coffee but don't feel like a whole latte! David Littlejohn, owner of LJ coffee House in Soho, shows you how to make one using an espresso machine.

Ingredients
- coffee
- milk
Method
A piccolo should have a ratio of 60 % coffee to 40 % milk.
Extract a single espresso shot into a glass. Steam some milk and tap it on the work surface to release any bubbles.
Fill the glass of espresso to the top with milk.
