The brand Malibu is coconut rum. Or you can get cheaper own brand versions from most supermarkets

The caster sugar is just powdered sugar. Just put regular sugar in a clean coffee grinder. Grind and you have powdered sugar.

How to make a Pina Colada does not have the sugar listed on list of items needed.
