Step 1: You will need
- 25 ml light rum
- 25 ml pineapple juice
- 15 ml crème de cassis
- Ice cubes
- 1 shot measure
- 1 cocktail shaker
- 1 strainer (if the shaker doesn't include one), or small sieve
- 1 cocktail glass
Step 2: Prepare
Add the ice cubes to the shaker.Add 25ml of light rum, 15ml creme de cassis and 25ml of pineapple juice into the shaker.
Secure the lid on the top of the shaker and shake vigorously.
Step 3: Strain, pour and serve.
Attach the strainer to the top of the shaker and pour the cocktail into a cocktail glass. A delicious cocktail with a hint of blackcurrant!
