Step 1: You will need...
- 50 ml tequila
- 15 ml Cointreau
- 120 ml pineapple juice
- 1 lime wedge
- ice cubes
- 1 shot measure
- 1 highball glass
- 1 bar spoon or cocktail stirrer
Step 2: Prepare your cocktail
Add several ice cubes to the highball glass, then add the tequila, Cointreau and pineapple juice.
Using a barspoon or stirrer, give the drink a good stir.
Step 3: Present your cocktail
Make a small groove in the bottom of the lime wedge, place it on the side of the glass, drink up and enjoy!
