Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic, chopped
  • oil
  • beef tomatoes
  • chicken stock

Method

Begin by heating your oil. Add your chopped onion and garlic and cook for about a minute.

Add chopped beef tomatoes and chicken stock. Mix well.

Bring it up to the boil, then turn down to a low temperature and simmer for about 20 minutes with the lid on.

After 20 minutes, give it a good stir and check for seasoning. The sauce is now ready for use.
