Step 1: You will need

  • 50 ml dark rum
  • 15 ml vodka
  • 15 ml Cointreau
  • 50 ml orange juice
  • 1 orange slice
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 shot measure
  • 1 highball glass
  • 1 barspoon or stirrer

Step 2: Prepare

Fill the shaker with ice cubes

Using the shot measure, measure out 50ml of dark rum and pour it into the highball glass.

Next, add 15ml of vodka, 15ml of Cointreau and 50ml of orange juice.

Put the lid on and shake well.

Fill the highball glass halfway with ice cubes. And strain the cocktail in.

Step 3: Garnish and serve.

Garnish the drink with a wedge of orange and serve. A refreshing rum-based cocktail with a distinct flare of orange.
