How To Make A Raw Food Chocolate Mousse
Rebecca Kane, raw food chef and founder of Shine on Raw shows us how to make a delicious Raw Chocolate Mousse

You will need:
- 2 cups (500ml) cashews
- 1/2 cups (120ml) agave syrup
- 1/3 cups (80ml) cacao powder
- 1 melted coconut oil
- 1 vanilla extract
- 1 cups (250ml) water
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 Blender
Method
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until creamy and smooth
Place in fridge for 20 minutes or alternately place in freezer for more ice cream-like consistency.
