You will need:

  • 2 cups (500ml) cashews
  • 1/2 cups (120ml) agave syrup
  • 1/3 cups (80ml) cacao powder
  • 1 melted coconut oil
  • 1 vanilla extract
  • 1 cups (250ml) water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 Blender

Method

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until creamy and smooth
Place in fridge for 20 minutes or alternately place in freezer for more ice cream-like consistency.
