Ingredients

  • 2 brown bread slices
  • butter, softened
  • 3 roast beef slices
  • 1 horseradish sauce
  • rocket
  • salt

Method

Spread butter on both pieces of bread.

Lay your roast beef on one slice of bread and spread your horseradish sauce on the other slice.

Add a handful of rocket and a sprinkle of salt.

Bring both slices together, cut along both diagonals and serve.
