Step 1: You will need...

  • 25 ml peach schnapps
  • 25 ml vodka
  • 25 ml coconut rum
  • 25 ml pineapple juice
  • 25 ml cranberry juice
  • 1 slice of pineapple
  • 1 25ml/50ml measure
  • 1 mixing glass
  • 1 barspoon or stirrer
  • 1 strainer
  • 1 cocktail glass

Step 2: Prepare your cocktail

Put some ice in the mixing glass. Add the peach schnapps, vodka and coconut rum and stir well. Strain into the cocktail glass. Add the pineapple juice and a dash of cranberry juice.

Step 3: Present your cocktail

Garnish with a slice of pineapple and serve.
