Step 1: You will need...
- 50 ml rum
- 120 ml lemon and lime soda
- ice cubes
- 1 lemon wedge to garnish
- 1 shot measure
- 1 collins glass or long drink glass
- 1 barspoon or cocktail stirrer
Step 2: Prepare your cocktail
We're going to stir this cocktail in the same glass it's served in. First, almost fill the glass with ice cubes. Next, add the rum and lemon and lime soda and stir the drink well with a barspoon or cocktail stirrer.
Step 3: Present your cocktail
Just for that finishing touch, cut a wedge of lemon and make a slit in the middle to sit on the edge of the glass as a garnish for your cocktail.
