How To Make A Salsa Dip

Ingredietns
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 red chilli, chopped
- 2 limes
- 1 fresh coriander bunch
- Tabasco
- salt
- 10 ml sunflower oil
- 300 g tinned chopped tomatoes
Method
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the chopped onion and garlic and cook for about 2 minutes.
Add the chopped tomatoes, stir, then pour it into your blender. Blend roughly, leaving some chunks. Add the juice of 2 limes, mix, and pour into a bowl.
Season with salt, add the chopped coriander and Tabasco, and stir well.
Serve with tortilla chips or with tacos.
