Ingredients

  • 1 savoury bagel
  • 3 pastrami slices
  • gherkins
  • mixed lettuce
  • mustard mayonnaise

Method

Begin by cutting your bagel in half, then butter both sides.

Lay your pastrami on the bottom half of the bagel, add mustard mayonnaise, sliced cucumbers or gherkins, some mixed lettuce and a little more mustard mayonnaise.

Close the sandwich and cut in half.
