- 1 tortilla wrap
- 1 lemon
- black pepper
Spread some butter evenly across the wrap. Place the crayfish in the middle of the wrap and add black pepper, rocket, mayonnaise and dill.
Roll one half of the wrap over the mixture and roll evenly to the end. Use a little more butter to help the wrap stick together and finish by tucking in the ends on both sides, to prevent the filling from falling out.
Serve on a plate with a slice of lemon.
