Step 1: You will need...

  • 50 ml tequila
  • 15 ml Galliano
  • ice cubes
  • 1 lime wedge
  • 1 shot measure
  • 1 mixing glass
  • 1 barspoon or cocktail stirrer
  • 1 strainer or small sieve
  • 1 cocktail glass

Step 2: Prepare your cocktail

Take the mixing glass and add several ice cubes. Then add the tequila and Galliano.

Stir the ingredients together well. Attach a strainer to the mixing glass or a small sieve would also do.

Step 3: Present your cocktail

Holding the strainer firmly down, strain the drink out into a cocktail glass, pop the lime wedge on one side and serve.
