Step 1: You will need:

  • some some ice cubes
  • 25 ml lemon juice
  • 50 ml brandy
  • 25 ml cointreau
  • small dash egg white
  • 1 half tulip glass
  • 1 cocktail shaker
  • 1 cocktail strainer
  • 1 25ml shot measure
  • 1 50ml shot measure

Step 2: Chill the half tulip glass

Put some ice into the half tulip glass

Step 3: Lemon Juice

Add 25ml of Lemon Juice to the mixing glass

Step 4: Cointreau

Now add 25ml of Cointreau

Step 5: Brandy

and 50ml of Brandy

Step 6: Egg white

Now add a small dash of egg white to make it froth

Step 7: Shake

Put the other half of the cocktail shaker on. Slap it down firmly to seal. Hold the top and bottom, and shake vigorously for about 5 seconds.

Step 8: Release

Tap the side of the shaker to loosen the two halves.

Step 9: Strain

Now place the strainer over the shaker. Remove the ice from the half tulip glass and strain the cocktail into the chilled glass - leaving the ice behind in the shaker.

    Good Job! Great Recipe! Dash of eggwhite is a little unorthodox but I can live with that. Must get some half tulip glasses.
