Ingredients

  • 200 ml milk
  • 1/2 cups (120ml) probiotic yoghurt
  • 4 strawberries
  • 1/4 cups (60ml) raspberries
  • 1/4 cups (60ml) blueberries
  • 1 banana

Method

Add all the fruit, the milk, the yoghurt, and about 3-4 ice cubes to your blender, and blend until smooth.

You can vary the quantities of the different fruits depending on your preference.
