Step 1: You will need…

  • 3 strawberries
  • ¼ watermelon
  • you might also want:
  • 1 dash of aphrodisiac tincture blend
  • 1 blender
  • 1 spoon
  • 1 knife
  • 1 chopping board
  • 1 glass
  • 1 jug

Step 2: Watermelon

Cut out a quarter of the watermelon. Chop it into small pieces and add to the blender. Leave in the pips - they're good for digestion. Watermelon is actually a vegetable and is part of the cucumber and squash family. It's an ideal food as it's fat free and high in energy. It also contains high concentrations of lycopin - an antioxidant which reduces the risk of cancer.

Step 3: Strawberries

Add 3 strawberries. Strawberries are a member of the rose family and are high in vitamin C.

Step 4: Blend

Blend the ingredients for 15-20 seconds.

Step 5: Optional extra

Fushi recommends adding a dash of an aphrodisiac tincture blend to the glass before you pour. This one used in the video is specifically for men. It contains nettle, ginkgo, saw palmetto, damiana, and dong quai - a combination that increases male sexual potency.

Step 6: Serve

Pour and Serve.
