How To Make A Starseeker Cocktail

Step 1: You will need...
- 50 light rum
- 25 orange juice
- 1 tsp grenadine
- 120 tonic water
- 1 lemon wedge
- ice cubes
- 1 25ml/50ml measure
- 1 highball glass
- 1 barspoon or cocktail stirrer
Step 2: Prepare your cocktail
We will be stirring the cocktail in the highball glass using a long-handled spoon or a cocktail stirrer, otherwise known as swizzle sticks.
Almost fill the glass with ice cubes. Then add the rum, orange juice, grenadine and tonic water, about enough to fill the glass up.
Finally, using the barspoon, stir the cocktail well.
Step 3: Present your cocktail
For that finishing touch, garnish the cocktail with a slice of lemon and serve. And there you have it, all that's left now is to enjoy this Starseeker cocktail, prepared and made the Videojug way!
