Ingredients
- 2 rump steaks
- 8 g paprika
- 5 g cumin
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 3 g cayenne pepper
- salt
- 10 ml oil
- 10 g unsalted butter
- 1 lime
- 6 taco shells
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 coriander bunch
- 1 g oregano
- 1 gem lettuce, shredded
- 150 g cheddar cheese, grated
- 100 ml sour cream
- 150 g guacamole
- 3 spring onion, sliced
Method
Heat the oil in a frying pan.
Season your steaks with salt, paprika, cayenne pepper and cumin, then fry for 2 minutes per side.
Add garlic and butter to the pan, then add the juice of a lime. Remove the steaks and let them rest for 2 minutes.
To make the salsa mix together the chopped red onion, fresh tomatoes, oregano, lemon juice and salt.
Thinly slice your steaks, then put some slices into the taco shells. Add salsa, lettuce, cheese, sour cream, guacamole, spring onions and chopped coriander.
