Step 1: You will need...

  • 25 ml coconut cream
  • 50 ml pineapple juice
  • 25 ml vodka
  • 50 ml light rum
  • a little blue curacao liqueur
  • 1 slice of pineapple
  • 1 shot measure
  • 1 mixing glass
  • 1 bar spoon or cocktail stirrer
  • 1 hurricane or balloon-shaped glass
  • 1 strainer

Step 2: Prepare your cocktail

Put 3 ice cubes into the mixing glass then add the pineapple juice, rum, coconut cream and vodka. Using a bar spoon or cocktail stirrer mix the ingredients together well. Place the strainer on the mixing glass and pour the drink into the hurricane glass. Finally, carefully, pour in the blue Curacao.

Step 3: Present your cocktail

Make a small groove in the fleshy part of the pineapple slice, slide it onto the edge or the glass and serve.

    This is not how you make this cocktail, you need cream and you don't need gin or rum. Where's the cocco liquer?
