Step 1: You will need

  • 50 ml tequila
  • 120 ml lemon and lime soda
  • 1 lemon slice
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 shot measure
  • 1 measuring jug
  • 1 highball glass
  • 1 bar spoon or cocktail stirrer

Step 2: Prepare your cocktail

Almost fill the highball glass with ice cubes.

Add the tequila, lemon and lime soda and stir well.

Step 3: Present your cocktail

Cut a slice of lemon, make a notch in the centre of the slice and place it on the side of the glass.

Sit back and enjoy!
