How To Make A Tequila Sunrise Cocktail

Step 1: You will need

  • 60 ml tequila
  • 180 ml orange juice, or juice of 2 fresh oranges
  • 1 dash grenadine
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1 orange slice, to decorate
  • 1 cherry, to decorate
  • 1 50/25ml measuring cup
  • 1 chopping board
  • 1 sharp knife
  • 1 juice squeezer
  • 1 highball or tall glass
  • 1 stirrer

Step 2: Prepare your cocktail

Add 3 ice cubes to the highball glass, followed by the tequila, orange juice and grenadine.

Step 3: Present your cocktail

Cut a slice of orange in half, make a small cut in the flesh of one of the halves and place it on the side of the glass.

Make a small cut in the bottom of the cherry and also place it on the side of the glass.

Add a stirrer and serve the tequila sunset.
