How To Make A Thai Dipping Sauce
This amazing Thai dipping sauce, demonstrated by the charming Kumud Ghandi, is such an easy-to-make yet also delicious sauce. Great for snacks and full meals, for all your friends and family to enjoy!

Ingredients
- 50 g cucumber
- 2 red chillies
- 1 tbsp peanuts
- 100 ml white wine vinegar
- 1/2 cups sugar
Step 1: Prepare Ingredients
Dice, seed, and skin your cucumber. Finely chop your red chillies, and chop and smash up your peanuts.
Step 2: Heat Wine And Sugar
Bring the saucepan to heat, and then add the white wine vinegar to the saucepan, followed by the sugar. Allow to simmer for about 4 minutes, whilst constantly stirring.
Step 3: Combine Ingredients
Add 1/4 teaspoon of your red chillies to the liquid, and then stir. Add the peanuts. and stir again. Finally, add the cucumber, and stir again.
