Step 1: You will need...

  • 15 ml anejo rum
  • 15 ml sweet vermouth
  • 15 ml amaretto
  • 120 ml ginger ale
  • 1 lemon twist
  • ice cubes
  • 1 shot measure
  • 1 highball glass
  • 1 bar spoon or cocktail stirrer

Step 2: Prepare your cocktail

We're going to stir the cocktail directly in the glass it will be served in.

First of all, put enough ice cubes in the glass to almost fill it. Next add the anejo rum, sweet vermouth, amaretto and ginger ale, to fill the glass.Then stir the cocktail well.

Step 3: Present your cocktail

Garnish with a lemon twist or lemon wheel and serve straight away.
