How To Make A Triple X Cocktail
Step 1: You will need
- 50 ml rum
- 25 ml melon liqueur
- 25 ml kiwi liqueur
- 150 ml pineapple juice
- 1 shot measure
- 1 knife
- 1 chopping board
- 1 shaker
- 1 strainer
- 1 highball glass
- 1 short straw
Step 2: Prepare the cocktail
Use a standard measure of 25 and 50 millilitres if you like, or pour directly from the bottle. First, take a cocktail shaker and place 3 large ice cubes in it. Next, pour out 50 millilitres or a large splash of rum and then add a splash, or 25 millilitres of melon liqueur. Add another splash, this time of kiwi liqueur and finally pour on 150 millilitres pineapple juice.
Step 3: Shake, strain, and serve the cocktail
Put the lid on, and give the shaker a good shake. Tap the lid to loosen it and put the strainer on the shaker. Use a sieve if you don't have a strainer. Add 3 large ice cubes to a highball glass and strain the cocktail over the ice. Now take a cherry, slice a groove in the flesh and place it on the side of your glass. Add the straw for the final touch, serve, and enjoy!
