Ingredients
- 1 mango
- 1/2 pineapple
- 1 kiwi
- lychees
- 1 banana
- 0.25 papaya
- 1/2 lemon
Method
Start by cutting a pineapple in half lengthways and hollowing it out; you will be using this to serve your fruit in.
Peel the mango using a potato peeler, then cut the flesh off the stone and dice it.
Peel some lychees and cut the flesh off the stones.
Cut the top and bottom off the kiwi fruit, then place it upright on a board and slice off the remaining skin. Cut the peeled fruit into disks.
Peel the papaya with a knife, remove the seeds with a spoon, then dice the flesh.
Peel and slice a banana, slicing it on the angle.
Finally, chop up some of the pineapple flesh you removed from the pineapple skin.
Add all the cut up fruit to the pineapple skin and squeeze over the juice of half a lemon.
